Return & Exchange Policy

At WildBeard Forge, we want you to love your jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund.

Condition Requirements: Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for different sizes, colors, or materials within 30 days of delivery. Simply contact us to arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom products containing customer-provided materials - ALL SALES FINAL
  • Custom or personalized jewelry
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

Important: Any custom jewelry piece that incorporates materials provided by the customer (such as heirloom stones, metals, or other components) cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are considered final sale at the time of purchase.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at justin@thewildbeardjeweler.com with your order number
  2. We'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions
  3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
