2. Products & Pricing

All jewelry is handmade to order in America. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of our work. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and update product information at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
  • Payment is required at the time of order placement
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout
  • Production begins once payment is confirmed
  • Custom orders containing customer-provided materials require prior consultation and approval

4. Production & Shipping

  • Current production time is 2-4 weeks for made-to-order items
  • Production time is separate from shipping time
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier

5. Custom Orders with Customer Materials

  • Custom jewelry incorporating customer-provided materials (heirloom stones, metals, etc.) are final sale
  • We are not responsible for damage to customer-provided materials during the crafting process, though we exercise utmost care
  • Customer materials must be received and inspected before production begins
  • Additional fees may apply for working with customer-provided materials

6. Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for complete details. In summary:

  • 30-day return window for standard items
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Custom products with customer-provided materials are non-returnable
  • Personalized items are non-returnable

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, images, text, logos, and product designs, are the property of WildBeard Legacy Co and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

WildBeard Legacy Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
