Packaging Experience — How Your Ring Arrives

The ring is the thing. But how it arrives matters too — especially when it's a memorial piece, a wedding band, or a gift for someone who has experienced loss. At WildBeard Legacy Co, we put the same care into packaging your ring as we put into building it.

The Presentation Box

Every WildBeard ring ships in a premium presentation box designed to protect the ring in transit and present it beautifully when opened. The box is sturdy, well-finished, and appropriate for gifting directly — no need to transfer to a separate gift box.

Inside the box, your ring is seated in a fitted ring cushion that holds it securely and displays it at its best. The box closes cleanly and can be kept as a storage case for the ring when it's not being worn.

What's Included With Every Ring

Every WildBeard ring ships with:

• The ring — inspected, finished, and confirmed to spec before packaging
• Premium presentation box — fitted ring cushion, clean closure
• Care instructions — specific to your ring's materials (wood, antler, meteorite, resin, and metal care covered separately as applicable)
• A note from the craftsman — a brief personal note about what went into building your specific ring
• Unused memorial materials — if your ring included cremation ashes, fur, or hair, any unused portion is returned to you securely packaged

Shipping and Insurance

Every order ships with full tracking and insurance. We don't ship rings without insurance — the value of what's inside the ring makes that non-negotiable. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your ring ships, and we'll follow up to confirm delivery.

Shipping is available across the United States. Most customers receive their ring within 1–3 business days of shipping, depending on location.

Photo Approval Before Shipping

Before your ring is packaged and shipped, we send you photos of the finished piece for your approval. This is your opportunity to confirm that everything looks exactly as expected. If anything isn't right, we address it before the ring leaves the studio.

We don't ship rings without your approval. Period.

Gifting

Many WildBeard rings are commissioned as gifts. If your ring is a gift, let us know during your consultation and we'll coordinate timing, packaging, and any special presentation needs. We can include a handwritten note on your behalf and ship directly to the recipient if preferred.

Returns and Remakes

Because every ring is custom-built to your specifications, we don't accept returns on completed rings. However, if your ring arrives damaged or doesn't match the confirmed design, we will remake it. Our goal is for you to receive a ring you're proud to wear — and we stand behind that commitment.
